Freshly-baked Scones - Yes, they really
are baked the morning of the Market!! Varieties include:
Saskatoonberry Pecan, Toffee Cream, Spiced Pumpkin,
Maple Oatmeal, Sour Cherry Pecan, Ginger Lime Coconut,
Rhubarb Cinnamon, Lemon Cranberry, Cheddar Herb and
Chocolate Chip Vanilla. If you can't make it to the
Market, they are also available at Harden & Huyse
on 2nd Avenue, and Browsers, on the U of S campus.
French Macarons - Wild Serendipity Foods traveled
to Paris to learn how to make these at Le Cordon Bleu
in Paris, and is proud to say that our macarons have
been described as rivaling those offered in Paris!
Macarons come in a wide variety of flavours and
consist of two amond meringue cookies, filled with
French buttercream. Flavours rotate weekly and include: Lemon, Orange Creamsicle, Coconut Lime, Pistachio, Marzipan, Chocolate Amaretto, Strawberry Cheesecake, Blackberry, Maple, Salted Caramel and Raspberry Chocolate.
