Winter 2009 Cooking Class Schedule:
  • All classes listed are held at #10-2605 Broadway Avenue (Avalon Shopping Centre, next to the Wool Emporium).
  • Class start time is 7pm; class length is approximately 2 to 2 ½ hours. The registration fee is $30 per person.
  • Please Note: If you do not wish to pay by PayPal, please call 477.4437 to provide your credit card information, or to make alternate payment arrangements.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend a class that you have registered for, please note that no refunds will be issued. You may either send someone in your place, or register for another class, provided there are spaces available. By registering and making payment for a class, you are agreeing to this policy.
  • If you have received a Gift Certificate, please contact me via email to register for the class you would like to attend.

An evening celebrating the birth of Robbie Burns with some wonderful dishes from Scotland: Cullen skink, a hearty and rich haddock soup, chicken breast stuffed with (modern) haggis and whiskey cream, stovies (potatoes) and cranachan with sour cherries for dessert!
