Chef Brent Lloyd, who received his Red Seal in 1999,
continues to be a regular chef instructor at the Cookbook Company
in Calgary, even after relocating to Saskatoon. Sign up for a lively

- Classes are charged per person, with a minimum of 8 and a maximum
of 12 people to run the class.
- Classes will be held at Wild Serendipity in the Avalon Shopping
Mall (#10-2605 Broadway Avenue, next to Wook Emporium).
- Private Classes, Caterings, and intimate meals are available and
priced on an individual basis.
- Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend a class
that you have registered for, please note that no refunds will be
issued. You may either send someone in your place, or register for
another class, provided there are spaces available. By registering
and making payment for a class, you are agreeing to this policy.

July 7, Wednesday 7pm- 9:30pm – Midweek meals
Fresh food from scratch doesn’t have to be time
consuming or daunting. The Simple Chef will show you some of
the tricks of the trade to help you get over that Midweek hump.
We will be making Tarte Flambee, Moroccan vegetable stew; Panko
crusted chicken with Pineapple curry, Zabaglione with seasonal
fruit.

July 28, Wednesday 7pm- 9:30pm – Spanish
Tapas, paella and the wonderful world of Latin cuisine will
be explored in this class. Teach you the essence of Latin cuisine.
Sharpen your culinary skills and make some great food while
doing it. We will be making Gazpacho, Acaraje (Bean Fritters),
Paella, Churos

August 4, Wednesday 7pm- 9:30pm- Thai
Go on a culinary experience, with the taste of exotic Thai
food. Be rewarded with delicious dishes and knowledge of signature
ingredients. Such as coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves, ginger
and cilantro. We will be making Chicken Satay, Phad Thai, Thai
Steamed fish, Beef with red curry, coconut rice

August 25, Wednesday 7pm- 9:30pm- A Night out
This class is a great way to unwind after a hectic day. Get
some friends together and revitalize your taste buds. Relax
and enjoy your evening and learn a couple of new dishes in the
process. We will be making Chickpea and Baby carrot Salad, Calamari
Slider, Pollo Rioji, Asparagus and white bean Ragout, and Chocolate
cake
